Kitty K Designs was accidentally born in September 2013, while looking for a unique gift for my best friend and his wife for a combined birthday present. All I wanted to do was make it a personal gift - especially for them - and I wanted to make it myself.
My first paper cut was their family tree, and the rest is history.
At the time I was a stay at home mum to 2 little boys and was looking for a way I could work from home but be creative and do something that I love. I was so very lucky that I didn't find my dream job, but my dream job found me.
Kitty K Designs has since morphed into a few different branches. I love all things art and craft and try my hand at many different mediums - you will see lino printing, drawing, painting, polymer clay, and the newest member to the Kitty K family - upcycled plastic jewellery.
